Digital Commercial Use Agreement
Please Read and Understand the Following
All Sport Dog Photography images are copyright protected and subject to written or expressed usage consent, when used for commercial business purposes. All images remain the physical and intellectual property of Sport Dog Photography LLC(David Veldman), and shall only be used with expressed written permission. Images used without written or expressed consent of Sport Dog Photography LLC or David Veldman, are in violation of copyright law, and may be subject to liquidated damages and/or other penalties under law. Images purchased/provided are granted on a commercial digital usage license, which may be used in printed literature, printed promotional material, public internet/website display, and public advertisement. The customer is required to purchase (1) commercial license per image occurrence.(example: if a website used a single image more than one time, a separate license would be required for each occurrence on the given site) This would not apply to such mass produced items as business cards and promotional pamphlets. Images owned by Sport Dog Photography LLC(David Veldman), may not be sold or reproduced for resale or the financial gain of the license holder, or any third party or entity. It is required that proper image credit be given to images used, or that a link to www.sportdogphoto.com be made available at least once on a website or on the printed media. It is required that if you decide to have any of the photos altered in any fashion, whether digitally or physically, that it be done by Sport Dog Photography and not by any third party.
The following apply to specific usage permissions in addition to the above copyright statement.
-An image purchased under the High Resolution Single Use license may be used for one occurrence for commercial business or advertising purposes. An additional license is required for each use of an image thereafter. Image credit is not required under this license.
-An image purchased under the High Resolution Royalty Free license may be used for multiple occurrences for commercial business or advertising purposes, without the purchase of additional licenses. Image credit is not required under this license.
-An image purchased under the Editorial Single Use license may be used in media publication, print or online for one time distribution. An additional license is required for each subsequent publishing of that image. Image credit is required under this license and must read: “Sport Dog Photography by David Veldman”
-An image purchased under the Mass Marketing Single Use license may be used in one occurrence of a mass produced pamphlet, flyer, or other distributed marketing endeavor. An additional license is required for each subsequent use of that image. Image credit is not required under this license, but preferred. It should read: “Sport Dog Photography by David Veldman”
-An image purchased under the Personal Use Shared license maybe be used pursuant to the terms of a Personal Digital Image License. Make sure you read and agree to these terms before you purchase this license.
